Delete your Pardah account
You can ask us to delete your Pardah account and the personal data linked to it at any time. It’s free, and you don’t need to give a reason.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the Pardah app and sign in.
- Go to More and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Or ask us
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Pardah account”, or send the same message on WhatsApp to the Pardah support number shown in the app (More → Help).
- Send it from — or mention — the mobile number registered on Pardah, so we know which account to delete.
- We confirm by replying or with a one-time code to your registered number, then delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, number, email, photo, bio, saved places and saved businesses.
- Your business listings, photos and listing statistics.
- Your messages, notes, trusted (SOS) contacts and push notification tokens.
- Your Circle posts, comments, likes and followers, and the reviews you wrote.
- Your PardahAI chats linked to your account.
- Your Pardah Points balance and referral code (unused points are forfeited).
What we keep
- Payment, tax and invoice records that the law requires us to keep (in India, generally up to 8 years), with access limited to our finance team.
- Information needed to prevent fraud or to handle an open complaint or legal request, only for as long as needed.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Only want to remove a listing, a post or a chat? You can do that yourself in the app without deleting your whole account.
